About the Role

As we expand our enterprise business applications practice, we are looking for an experienced ERP Solutions Engineer to ensure the technical delivery of ERP projects at our Dhaka office. You will turn business requirements into well-architected ERP solutions: configuring and extending modules, building integrations, migrating data, taking implementations live, working directly with clients, partners, and our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, deploy, and maintain ERP, including Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain, POS, Asset Management, Projects, Manufacturing, Quality, HRMS, Payroll, etc.

• Build custom apps, doctypes, processes, workflows, scripts, reports, and print formats;

• Develop APIs and integrate ERP with payments, logistics, e-commerce, and other enterprise systems;

• Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems; 

• Deploy and maintain ERP using Bench, Docker, and other cloud infrastructure;

• Gather requirements, run UAT, support go-live, and provide training and post-implementation support.

• Own technical design and documentation, review code, and guide team members on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP experience, including at least one end-to-end production deployment;

• Strong Python and JavaScript skills; working knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL, REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and Linux;

• Solid understanding of ERP processes, accounting, inventory, procurement, and HRMS;

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; comfortable working in Agile environments.

Preferred

• Experience with Bangladesh VAT, Tax, and payroll requirements, or multi-company ERP setups;

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

• Exposure to enterprise as well as open-source ERPs such as Odoo, ERPNext, etc.
